I. Apartamentul a fost achizitionat pentru inchiriere, in regim hotelier. A fost renovat, in totalitate, in anul 2019. Este situat la parter (accesul, pentru Sibiu Home 1, se poate face atat prin balcon, cat si prin scara blocului). Capacitatea apartamentului este de 4 persoane (ideal pentru familii). Copii beneficiaza de jucarii si canale TV speciale (Netflix, Smart TV). Exista retele de internet wireless. Sunt 2 locuri de joaca in apropiere (la 50 de m distanta). Distanta pana in centrul Sibiului ( zona istorica ) este de 14 minute de mers pe jos (1,6 km). Piata Rahova este la 500 m distanta, Catedrala de pe Mihai Viteazul este la 200 m distanta, Muzeul ASTRA – 13 minute cu masina, Gradina Zoologica – 12 minute cu masina.
